Indian musician and Grammy-winning composer A.R. Rahman expresses his outrage over the T-decision Series to obliterate the iconic song from Delhi-6, Masakali. The new version of Masakali 2.0, created by Tanishq Bagchi and sung by Tulsi Kumar and Sachet Tandon, is unpopular with fans.

People are looking for creative methods to entertain themselves during this depressing and melancholy quarantine period. A.R. Rahman, who won an Academy Award for Best Original Composition for Masakali from the film Delhi-6, is responsible for a new rendition of the old hit song by the T-series.

T-series fans are outraged and disappointed in the band’s response to the release of the music video. Tulsi Kumar and Sachet Tandon sing in the remake of Masakali 2.0, which was composed and produced by Tanishk Bagchi. Over 16 million people have viewed Masakali 2.0 since it was released on Wednesday, making it one of YouTube India’s top two popular videos.

Mohit Chauhan, Prasoon Joshi, and A.R. Rahman penned the lyrics for the original Maskali, which was sung by Chauhan in 2009. Several prizes were given to the song, including Best Song of the Year at the 2009 Airtel Mirchi Music Awards. The song was performed by Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor in the Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra-directed film Delhi 6 (2009).
