Epic Games has unleashed the Fortnite update 3.55 patch notes for you to gawk at, which arrives with a bunch of Halloween content including the Wrath of the Cube Queen as part of Fortnitemares. If you’re playing the PS5 version of the battle royale title, you’ll have to download Fortnite update 1.000.045.
THE CUBE QUEEN SEIZES CONTROL
The Island is altered by the appearance of the Cube Queen.
The Cubes have been mobilizing ever since Fortnitemares started (and even earlier). They didn’t only move towards the heart of the island to spread corruption; they are now there, establishing The Convergence. What does this enigmatic building serve?
The Cube Queen’s fiercest soldiers to yet, the Caretakers, have joined the ranks of the Cubes after you encountered them and defeated the Cube Monsters. Their phantom tentacles draw you right into The Sideways for a confrontation on their home ground as tall, ominous, shadowy apparitions. If you survive a Caretaker attack, you will come out wealthy.
There is more to the story. The evil Sideways Scythe, which the Cube Queen unleashed, has joined the ranks of previously existing Sideways weapons like Witch Brooms and the Pumpkin Rocket Launcher. Use the Scythe and these evil tools to stay competitive in combat.

HORDE RUSH IS BACK
Horde Rush has returned! The Cube Monsters are encroaching on our territory from the Sideways. As you battle alongside your teammates, find score multipliers, collect combinations, and get rid of as many monsters as you can to increase your score. To succeed, hold out at various points on the map and defeat the Final Boss!
From October 19 from 9 AM ET through November 2 at 9 AM ET, the Horde Rush LTM will be available, but not by itself. You can accomplish the Horde Rush Quests for exclusive rewards as well. Unlock the Cuddle Scream Leader Spray, a Cube Queen Banner, and the Thinking Juice Back Bling. Also, keep an eye out for this week’s Horde Rush Tournament with additional Locker item rewards! To get ready, practice the mode with your team beforehand. Soon, more information will be accessible in a blog post on the game’s Compete tab.
Cubic anarchy has been let loose in Fortnitemares 2021, just as the cards predicted. Fun is waiting amid the chaos:
FOR SPECIAL AWARDS, HELP AN ORACLE, ARIANA GRANDE, AND A GHOSTBUSTER
The Wrath of The Cube Queen has many quests, some of which are the Horde Rush Quests and Horde Rush Rewards. You may get the Fortnitemares Punchcard from Hollowhead from October 19 at 9 AM ET until November 2 at 9 AM ET. Here are its goals and benefits!
To unlock the Raven’s Curse Spray, the Midnight Showdown Loading Screen, and the Wrathful Breakout Contrail, complete the general Fortnitemares Quests.
2. Ariana Grande has returned to the Island and is prepared to battle monsters with new equipment. The best monster hunter in the cosmos, “Spacefarer Ariana Grande,” invites you to take part in her expedition. For access to the brand-new All-Weather Extractor Pickaxe (Dark Style), finish her Monster Hunter questline.
Active Fortnite Crew members who finish the Monster Hunter Questline will receive the Brite Style of the All-Weather Extractor Pickaxe as a Fortnite Crew bonus during Fortnitemares (in addition to the Dark variant).
3. According to scrolls, the Spirit Vessel is an effective object that can revive Dark Jonesy’s visions. The Cube Cruiser Glider, an unfurled Cube you can ride on, can be unlocked by assisting Dark Jonesy in his The Oracle Speaks questline.
Hollowhead’s Punchcard Won’t Be the Only Punchcard Going Live at 9 Am Et, Though…
To unlock the No Ghost Back Bling, which was inspired by the impending Ghostbusters: Afterlife movie, use the Ghostbusters: Afterlife Punchard from Containment Specialist.
Power Leveling Weekends Are Back and Punch Cards Pack a Punch!
The Daily and Weekly Punchcards have been increased and revised, delivering more objectives and XP for each completion. This is true of Fortnitemares as well. The “Spend Bars” and “Place Top 10 with Friends” Quests have been swapped out with new, weekly-rotating Quests. The incentives for your Daily Punchcard are now 45,000 XP (up from 30,000 XP), while the rewards for completing quests in your Weekly Punchcard are 75,000 XP (previously 50,000 XP).
There will be two Power Leveling Weekends to help commemorate Fortnitemares 2021. To unlock a Supercharged XP bonus and level up more quickly anytime you play, log in between October 22 at 7 PM ET and October 25 at 7 AM ET, as well as between October 29 at 7 PM ET and November 1 at 7 AM ET. Although you can only acquire access to this supercharged pool during the Power Leveling Weekend, you are welcome to use it whenever you like.
Join forces, punch those cards, and accelerate your Battle Pass advancement.
Build Fortnitemares Cosplay & Figures with Papercraft’s Return!
Once more, with a new selection of ghastly papercraft cosplay and figures, bring your Fortnite nightmares to life! Visit fn.gg/cosplay until November 1 to download and print your paper materials. After that, construct Kevin (yep, the Cube! ), Shadow Midas, a red Sanctum, and Fishstick mini-models as well as Peely, Meowscles, and Peelstick masks based on Steve’s mask from All-Hollow.
Create and spread! Use the hashtag #MyFortniteMares to share your cosplay and creations on social media to spread holiday dread. On November 2, Anger of The Cube Queen ends at 9 AM ET, but The Cube Queen’s wrath won’t go away. The Convergence will develop, and The Sideways Scythe (and Caretakers) will endure.
