On the other hand, the Wi-Fi + Cellular models start at Rs. 68,900 for the 64GB storage variant, going up to Rs. 82,900 for the 256GB variant. It will go up for pre-orders starting 6:30 pm IST on March 11 and go on sale from March 18.

The Mac Studio starts at $1,999 (roughly Rs. 1,53,700) for the M1 Max + 32GB RAM variant, and goes up to a starting price of $3,999 (roughly Rs. 3,07,600) for the M1 Ultra + 64GB RAM variant. The Studio Display will be priced starting at $1,599 (roughly Rs. 1,23,000), with tilt and height-adjustable stand, and nano-texture glass options. Both are available to pre-order from today and will be available from March 18.

Apple has unveiled the Studio Display, which features 27-inch 5K Retina display panel, powered by an Apple A13 SoC inside. The Studio Display offers a peak brightness of 600 nits and offers a TrueTone colour gamut. It has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle webcam, and its speakers support the company’s spatial audio tech. There are three USB Type-C ports and a Thunderbolt 4 port that can also deliver up to 96W of power. New black colour Magic keyboard, trackpad, and mouse accessories were also shown.

The Mac Studio at the back features four Thunderbolt 4 ports, a 10 Gigabit Ethernet port, 2 USB Type-A ports, an HDMI port, as well as a headphone jack. On the front, the M1 Ultra variant features two Thunderbolt 4 ports, while the M1 Pro variants feature two USB Type-C ports on the front. There is an SDXC card slot also on board, apart from Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5 connectivity.

Apple on March 8 also unveiled a brand new Mac machine – the Mac Studio. Featuring a compact PC form factor, it is bigger than the Mac mini and is geared to be a high-performance desktop. It measures 7.7 inches square at the base, and 3.7 inches in height.

The Apple M1 Ultra features a 20-core CPU, with 16 high-performance cores and 4 efficiency cores. There is a 64-core GPU also onboard the die. The M1 Ultra is said to be 8 times faster than the original Apple M1 SoC.

The fifth-gen iPad Air price starts at $599 (roughly Rs. 46,000) and will be available in 64GB and 256GB inbuilt storage variants, as well as Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi+Cellular variants. Pre-orders start on Friday, with sales starting on March 18.
