The main goal of the Future Games Show is to help gamers discover new and exciting titles. We emphasize gameplay footage, developer walkthroughs, and global premieres. The Future Games Spring Showcase 2022 featured a Virtual Show Floor, allowing games to have playable Steam demos available immediately after the event. Also, our ‘Ones to Watch’ montage continues to highlight upcoming games and unique indie projects.

Past Hosts of the Future Games Show

The Future Games Show Powered by Mana in August featured Christopher Judge and Danielle Bisutti, known as Kratos and Freya from God of War, as hosts.

The June 2022 event was hosted by Denise Gough and Doug Cockle of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Our Spring Showcase broadcast in March 2022 was led by Ashly Burch (Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn and Tina from Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands) and John MacMillan (Varl from Horizon Zero Dawn).

Our Gamescom 2020 showcase was hosted by the legendary David Hayter and Debi Mae West, voices of Solid Snake and Meryl Silverburgh, respectively.

Hayter shared with GamesRadar, “Games have evolved. They are no longer simple 8-bit side-scrollers but vast fantasy realms where players can lose themselves for months. In this era, especially during challenging times, these games are more essential than ever. That’s why I’m excited to team up with my favorite former rookie, Meryl Silverburgh, to host the next Future Games Show. So, grab your cardboard box, activate your stealth camo, and ensure your safety is off… It’s showtime.”

Stay tuned to GamesRadar for all the latest news and videos from the Future Games Show as we continue to explore the new wave of exciting titles for next-generation consoles.
