Jasveen Sangha, Known as “Ketamine Queen,” Confesses to Supplying Matthew Perry with Lethal Ketamine

Jasveen Sangha, infamously dubbed the “Ketamine Queen,” has consented to a guilty plea for her role in the death of Matthew Perry. In the upcoming weeks, Sangha is set to admit guilt to a charge concerning the storage, packaging, and distribution of ketamine from her residence in North Hollywood, along with three counts of distributing the drug and one count linked to distribution resulting in death or injury. Holding dual citizenship in the U.S. and the U.K., she has been held in federal custody since the previous summer. Her confession also includes an account of selling vials to another individual, Cody McLaury, mere hours before his overdose in August 2019.

The admission of guilt by Sangha sheds light on the circumstances surrounding Perry’s tragic demise. She collaborated with Erik Fleming to distribute ketamine to Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa. In October 2023, they provided Iwamasa with 51 vials, who then administered at least three doses to Perry on the night of his fatal overdose. Two days after Perry’s death, Fleming sent a message to Sangha using the secure messaging app Signal. “Please call… Got more info and want to bounce ideas off you,” Fleming’s message read. “I’m 90% sure everyone is protected. I never dealt with [Perry]. Only his Assistant. So the Assistant was the enabler. Also, they are doing a 3-month tox screening… Does K stay in your system or is it immediately flushed out[?]”

Both Fleming and Iwamasa have pleaded guilty as of August 2025 and await their sentencing scheduled for November. Sangha is facing a potential 20 years in prison for her drug-related activities from her apartment, an additional 10 years for each act of distribution, and 15 years for the distribution that led to death or injury.
