Echo Valley (Apple TV+, Friday, 12:01 a.m.)
In this chilling thriller penned by Brad Inglesby of Mare Of Easttown, Sydney Sweeney plays a young woman dealing with trauma who finds herself implicated in her boyfriend’s death, which may not have been an accident. She flees back to her solitary mother, played by Julianne Moore. The cast also includes Kyle MacLachlan, Fiona Shaw, and Domhnall Gleeson. Look out for a review from The A.V. Club.

Following the release of Liz Garbus’ series on Netflix about the same murderer, Peacock introduces a three-part series that delves into the domestic life of Rex Heuermann called Gilgo Beach Killer: The House Of Secrets.
Titan: The OceanGate Disaster (Netflix, Wednesday, 3:01 a.m.)
Arriving two weeks after the Discovery Channel’s documentary on the 2023 OceanGate submersible incident, Netflix’s Titan presents the tragedy through whistleblower accounts and dramatic underwater footage.
