- YouTube Shorts may receive a unique voiceover function in the near future.
- Shorts are vertical videos that are no longer than 60 seconds.
- Shorts enable any creator to interact with our billions of viewers in order to expand their audience. YouTube debuted Shorts in 2020 as a direct competitor to the fast-expanding TikTok. The 60-second movies, which can be edited within the app with rudimentary filters, captions, and color correction, will now include a new network capability. It appears that you will soon be able to modify the voiceover without a third-party video editing application. YouTube is adding a button that will allow users to record a piece of music and effortlessly layer it before sharing it.
Currently, you can only add sounds from YouTube’s library to Shorts using the YouTube app on Android. To add a custom audio clip, you must record it separately and then import it into the video using a third-party video editor. The forthcoming voiceover function intends to address this issue.
