Recently, a new trailer for God of War: Ragnarok was released, providing us with fresh story details and showcasing the game’s action in greater detail. Santa Monica Studio teased some new mysterious regions that appear out of this world in the trailer.

The Eighth Installment of The Tekken Fighting Game Series Is Currently in The Works
Sony revealed the first trailer for the upcoming Tekken 8 fighting game on Tuesday, so it’s not just Street Fighter that’s receiving a new installment. The trailer’s visuals were stunning, and Bandai Namco’s Katsuhiro Harada confirmed in a blog post that the footage used was not pre-rendered. This bodes well for the final product. No specific date was given, but Tekken 8 will be available for PS5, Xbox One Series X/S, and PC (through Steam).
From the creators of the Yakuza series comes Like a Dragon: Ishin!, arriving in February 2023 for the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin! was originally released for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan in 2014. Ishin! is a remake of this game.
Sony Reveals a Few of The Play Station Stars Collectibles Available to Players
Sony demonstrated some of the digital treasures players would be able to unlock in the new PlayStation Stars program, such as a digital replica of the PS3 hardware and a scene from Ape Escape 2. In my opinion, these are digital analogs to Nintendo’s amiibo, however, they are not NFTs.
The business has announced on its blog that the collectibles can be shown on the PlayStation app or on a PSN profile. The app will be the initial release platform, with console releases to follow “in the future.” It launches in Asia later this month and “at a later date” in the United States and Europe.
Team Ninja’s Newest Action Rpg Is Place in Japan and Is Titled Rise of The Ronin
Rise of the Ronin is a new game being developed by Sony and Koei Tecmo’s Team Ninja. Based in the late 19th century, you play as a ronin, or “a warrior linked to no master and free to make its own choices,” as described in a PlayStation blog post.
Those few gameplay clips we saw in the teaser made Ronin look like a cross between Ghost of Tsushima and Assassin’s Creed, two franchises that work well together, so I’m looking forward to it. Expect it in 2024, only on the PS5 system.
