Facebook Zuckerberg has verified the October release date for Meta’s Quest Pro VR headset. Mark Zuckerberg was a surprise guest on the Joe Rogan Experience, one of Spotify’s most popular audio shows. Rogan opened the episode by praising the Meta CEO and the capabilities of the newest Quest Oculus VR headset.
According to Zuckerberg, the new Meta VR will be released in October, and the business will discuss it in greater detail at their next Connect conference.

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, has just revealed that a new virtual reality headset from the company will be available in October.
Many people on the internet believe this will be a more advanced version of the Oculus VR headgear, possibly called Quest Pro.
The company’s CEO said that the new product, due out in October, will include several noteworthy improvements.
CNBC reports that Zuckerberg has hinted that the next-generation VR gear will incorporate improved eye and facial-tracking capabilities.
Because of these characteristics, users can expect their virtual selves to smile and grimace much like they do in the real world.
This is because the corporation places a higher value on nonverbal than verbal cues when discussing digital avatars, which could be more visually appealing and interactive.
The CEO was describing how the avatars employ face recognition technology to create convincing simulations of their users. He explained that the high quality of the avatars’ facial recognition was due to the fact that their creator, Meta, had created the technology with the intention of being present with the other person regardless of their physical location.
Meta’s Project Cambria
Mark Zuckerberg was recently interviewed on Joe Rogan Experience, however, the name of Meta’s newest virtual reality headset was not revealed. However, the current Project Cambria could be the future smartphone, as revealed by Digital Trends.
Meta revealed its Project Cambria mixed reality device at last year’s big Facebook Connect event.
Priced at least $800, this virtual reality headset would be far more expensive than the company’s current main product, the Quest 2, which is available for either $399 or $499.
Due to the rise in shipping and manufacturing costs, Meta significantly raised the pricing. Apparently, the Quest 2 virtual reality headgear has been available for purchase for two years.
But it has accomplished what it set out to do: establish a firm foothold in the industry and generate unprecedented enthusiasm for virtual reality.

Not only did Rogan confirm the VR, but he also joked about the CEO of his now-famous internet memes as he finished up the nearly three-hour program.
Rogan reportedly said, as reported by Business Insider, “While I respect your right to drink water in the Senate, I find your water-drinking habits to be distracting. Like a robot, you were drinking water.”
Rogan remarked this facetiously before asking Zuckerberg to sip some water from the glass in front of him, which Zuckerberg did after a brief pause and a smirk on his face.
“The Senate testimony is not exactly a setting that is set up to underline the humanity of the subject,” Zuckerberg added.
It’s been said that “if you’re up there for six or seven hours, you’re going to make some face that’s worth making a meme off of.”
