To customize your Roblox avatar on a browser, you first need to tap the ‘Avatar’ tab located on the left side of your screen. From this tab, you can add or remove items from your avatar.

HOW DO I ADD AND REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY AVATAR?

Select a category from the pull-down choices to add an item to your Roblox character (e.g. hat, hair, etc.).
If you have more than one item in the category you’ve chosen, scroll down until you locate it.
Tap the icon once you’ve selected the item that you desire. You’ll notice that the item is highlighted in green once you’ve picked it.
It’s possible to increase the soft limits for each item by tapping the ‘Advanced’ button in the lower right corner. It is possible to add up to 10 extra items by entering the Asset ID in the item link. The Asset ID has been highlighted in bold in the following example:

HOW DO I CHANGE MY AVATAR’S SKIN COLOUR?

To change your avatar’s skin color, you first need to tap the ‘Avatar’ tab located on the left side of your screen.
From this tab, you can change your Roblox avatar’s skin color by selecting the ‘Body’ tab, and then selecting ‘Skin Tone’.
From here, simply tap on the color you’d like to change your Roblox character’s skin tone too.
If you want to customize the color of individual body parts (e.g. legs, arms, etc.), tap ‘Advanced’ in the lower right-hand corner.
From here, tap on the body part you’d like to change, and select the desired color.

HOW DO I CUSTOMISE MY ROBLOX AVATAR ON MOBILE?

To customize your Roblox avatar on mobile, you’ll first have to access your inventory.
To do this, tap the ‘More’ button at the bottom of your screen, then tap ‘Inventory’.
From here, you can add or remove items from your avatar.
First, select the item from your inventory that you want to add or remove.
To add the item, slide the ‘Wear this’ slider to ‘Yes’. To remove the item, slide the ‘Wear this’ slider to ‘No’.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ROBLOX AVATAR’S SKIN COLOUR ON MOBILE?

Roblox mobile does not presently allow you to alter the skin color of your Roblox avatar, but you may still do it by viewing the full site on your phone as explained below.

Go to roblox.com via your mobile device’s web browser first. You must log in if you are not already logged in to view the full site.
Upon logging in, press the menu symbol in the upper-left corner and pick ‘Full Site’ from the drop-down menu that appears.
Select ‘Avatar’ from the drop-down menu, and then follow the following instructions to alter the color of your skin.
