OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has confirmed some of the rumored specs for the OnePIus 6. In a post on the website, lau mentioned that they were choosing the best hardware in the market. “To create this higher standard, we start with the best hardware:
Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 845 paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Choosing the best hardware is the easy part, the real challenge is in making the best hardware perform in ways that adds value to the experience of the user.”
These specs match up the latest smart phone releases like the Samsung Galaxy S9.
Previous unconfirmed rumors had the OnePlus 6 shipping with a 6.3inch, 2,280 x 1,080 screen, dual 20 and 16 megapixel rear and a 20-megapixel fron camera. The base model was to hold 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage, or twice that.
Nothing was said about the price of the OnePlus 6. With all the confirmed specs, will it remain at less that $500?
